The Upper San Gabriel Valley Municipal Water District is seeking an experienced, energetic, resourceful municipal executive to become the District’s new Assistant General Manager - Engineer.
The Assistant General Manager – Engineer is an at-will employee appointed by and reports directly to the General Manager. The Assistant General Manager is a key member of the management team and assists the General Manager in planning, organizing and supervising the engineering operations and functions of the District including sustainable water resource development and management strategies, providing oversight of consulting engineers and administration of related contracts, assisting with budget development and review, and acting on behalf of the General Manager in the General Managers absence.
